Bill payment options for your convenience

BILL TIPS


Save time by storing your account number and customer number on a card in your wallet, purse or on your mobile device.
 
Make one stop and save time by paying all utility bills at one location, using Western Union, Banks or Credit Unions.
 
Payments made at Banks are received within 2 – 3 business days, Western Union payments posted to your GRENLEC account electronically, the next business day.
 
Note your bill’s due date to help you manage bill payment.

ONE STOP PAYMENT FOR ALL UTILITY BILLS, including GRENLEC



Online with Internet Banking – Register at your Bank’s Internet Banking website, now available with Scotia Bank, Republic, First Caribbean, Grenada Co-operative Bank.
 
By telephone – Register for Republic Bank’s telebanker service, then dial 622 to make payment at anytime
ATMs – Register with your bank.
Bill Express at Western Union locations- Open late in the evenings, including Saturdays; simply bring an old bill, old payment receipt or account with you.
  * Bill Express locations in St. George’s open until 6:00 pm, Mondays to Saturdays (Food Fair Shopping Complex, Grand Anse and Bruce Street Mall)
  * All other locations until 4:30 pm, Saturdays until 12 noon. Note the Grenville location is open until 3:00 pm on Saturdays
  * Available in every parish, except St. Mark.

Cheque Drop Boxes: Available 24 hours every day at GRENLEC locations, write your account number and telephone number at back of cheque. Cheques only, no cash please.

  * Dusty Highway: Weekdays 8:00 am to 3:30 pm; 4:00 pm Fridays
  * Grenville: Weekdays 8:00 am to 3:30 pm; 4:00 pm Fridays
  * Carriacou: Weekdays 8:00 – 4:00; 3:30 pm Fridays
  * Petite Martinique: Weekdays 8:00 – 4:00; 3:30 pm Fridays
