Information: Mr. Chester Palmer is a self employed Technician who previously worked as a Technician and Supervisor at Grenada Electricity Services Ltd. He is an accredited Director who has served on the Gravel, Concrete & Emulsion Production Board from 1999 to 2008 and as Chairman of the Board from 2006 – 2008. He served as Chairman of Grenada Marketing and National Importing Board from 2006 – 2008. He has been a Director on the Board of the Grenada Cocoa Association from 2008 – present.
