Information: Mr. Nigel Wardle is a Vice President of WRB Enterprises Inc., and was the General Manager of Grenada Electricity Services Ltd. for seven years. He is presently a Director of the Company and also Director of Turks & Caicos Utilities, WIV Cable (Providenciales) and Dominica Electricity Services Ltd. He is the Chairman elect of the Society of Business Fellows (SIBF) and a past Chairman of Caribbean Electric Utility Services Corporation (CARILEC).
